Orders will be delivered through the German postal system Deutsche Post / DHL or in case of national heavy orders through Hermes.

How long does it take?
For launch week I will NOT be able to work off all orders as soon as they go in. So for the first 2 weeks, your order might not be shipped.
After launch, I want to handle new orders in the span of 2 working days (no weekends).
After that, there are shipping times added to the delivery time.
Shipping times vary from the destined location. I can't guarantee you these time frames, but this is what the German post stats about their delivery times:

How expensive is the shipping?
International shipping rates vary by your destination and the contents of your order. During checkout you will get an exact information about the final shipping costs. I can't give an exact number upfront but the standard order is about:

inside of Germany between: 2,5-5€

inside of the EU: 6-8€

international: 9-12€

How are the shipping costs determined?
The shipping prices are calculated for a single private buyer's purchase
and connected to the total weight of the contents.
Please mind that the CRUSh3D!! books for example are very thick and big. Together with packaging they can weigh up to 800 grams. If you for example purchase two volumes, the shipping is sadly not getting cheaper, because I can only send up to 1kg through the post, so depending on your purchase, your order might be divided into two packages, and shipping prices simply double.
On the other hand, very light goods like a few postcards or a charm are cheaper to send on their own and should not increase the shipping price when they are added to a book.

Additionally I am charging a small round-up for packaging and labeling materials to the pure postal costs.

Any additional costs?
International shipments may be subject to duties, taxes, and other charges not included in the total price. This is rarely the case for private purchases of small value, but please check this with your local duty legislation before you make a purchase. For orders outside of the EU there will be a visible declaration of the goods for duties attached on the outside of your package and so far no one ever had to pay anything extra.
